Daily Word Swap privacy policy

Daily Word Swap is published by JAGC TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy explains how the game handles information and how to contact us.

Playing the game

Daily Word Swap's puzzles work offline. Your puzzle results and play history stay on your device. The Android game uses Internet access for Google AdMob banner advertising and privacy choices. It has no account registration, in-app purchases, or social features. It does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photo access.

Banner advertising and privacy choices

The game includes Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs. Ads appear only in the reserved banner space; the game does not show interstitial, rewarded, app-open, or expanding banner ads.

Google's advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which can indicate general location), app and ad interactions, performance diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. This app removes Android advertising-ID and AdServices permissions; other identifiers, such as app set ID, may still be processed. SDK data is encrypted in transit. See Google's SDK data disclosure and Google's privacy policy.

You can open advertising privacy choices from Settings. Where a consent choice is required, live ad requests wait until Google's consent service permits them. Consent forms open when you choose the privacy action; they do not open automatically during play. You can keep playing without opening a form. Google's privacy service may contact its servers to determine which choices apply and stores choices on your device.

Information stored on your device

The game stores puzzle arrangements, undo history, completions, play dates, exchange and hint counts, and sound and display preferences in its own local storage. A second local copy helps recover saved progress. These records let you continue playing and view your progress. We do not receive them, sell them, or share them.

These records stay on the device until you erase them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Use Settings → Erase puzzle progress to delete puzzle records and both recovery copies. This keeps your sound and display preferences and does not reset advertising privacy choices. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes local preferences as well; this does not delete information already processed by Google. The game provides no account-based cloud save or transfer service.

App store and operating system

The app store handles any purchase of the game. We do not receive your payment-card details through the game. The store and your device operating system may process purchase, installation, diagnostic, backup, or other information under their own settings and privacy policies.

Contacting support

If you choose to email support@jagc.in, your email provider delivers your address and the information you include. We use that correspondence to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive information. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence; information that must be retained for a legal obligation may be kept for that purpose.

Children

The game is intended for adults and is not directed at children. It does not ask players for their age or include chat or user-generated content. The advertising data practices described above apply when the SDK operates.

Changes and requests

If the game's information practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@jagc.in and identify Daily Word Swap in your message.
